Mark Imhoff
I am a local artist who developed an interest in scuba diving and stain glass making about the same time in my life. Although my projects include other subjects, I enjoy my stain glass underwater projects the most. Each piece takes many hours to complete and is inspired by scenes I’ve viewed firsthand while scuba diving. While beautiful in any light, my stain glass pieces look best while enhanced by natural light (like hanging in a sunny window).
Lori Diemer
I am a freelance professional photographer and tour guide from Willoughby Ohio. My work has been exhibited regionally and nationally and is featured in the permanent collections of Lake Hospital System, The Cleveland State University, Frankel & Schickler Law Firm, and INOVA Health Care in Washington DC.
I really enjoy photographing many subjects, and travelling with my camera gives me the most enjoyment.
I have been fortunate to have travelled to many beautiful locations around the world: Italy, Switzerland, France, Norway, the Svalbard Islands to photograph Polar Bears, and our own USA as well: Alaska, The Rocky Mountains and numerous National Parks have all been subjects for my lenses.
I own Lori Diemer Photo Tours, LLC. Participants have the opportunity to travel to beautiful locations with other photographers. Sharing scenes with others always leads to many “views” from the same vantage point. Sharing techniques and images proves to be a fun and beneficial learning experience.
Photographers have a number of different presentation options. I have chosen a few of these techniques for the images on display: metallic paper, unframed metal, traditional framed, and standout board.
Thank you Michael Stefan for offering such a lovely space for local artists to display their work.garlock.com instagram: @wes.garlock
